Returns + Exchanges Policy for Fey (fey.ae)

At Fey, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Exchanges are only accepted for size variations under the conditions outlined below.

1. No Returns
Please note that all purchases are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than size exchanges.

2. Exchanges for Size Variations
If the item you purchased doesn’t fit and you need a different size, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Exchange Approval
Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process of sending the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the new one.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@fey.ae with photos and your order details. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.
